In the ancient wisdom of Shamanic Alchemy, the Elements hold the sacred keys to our liberation. This four-part ceremonial journey guides you through the Elemental Order of the Andean Medicine Mesa—FIRE, AIR, WATER, EARTH—honoring the lineage teachings I carry from my training with Shamans and Medicine Carriers of the Andes. Each element awakens a profound dimension of your Being, each ceremony activating Spirit as it descends through your Physical Temple.
YOUR JOURNEY
Moving Sunrise around the Mesa (Altar), we follow the sacred cosmology of the Andean tradition, experiencing transformation as Light circumambulates the sacred directions of Pachamama, Mother Earth—EAST, SOUTH, WEST, NORTH—following the path of Taita Inti, Father Sun. Each direction holds the wisdom of an element and so this journey is not simply following any sequence of elements—this is living wisdom passed down through generations of indigenous healers of the Andes who understood the movement of light-energy through the human body and soul.
Over the course of four sacred sessions, we will journey through Ceremonial Practices designed to ignite, liberate, purify and ground your spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies. Through Shamanic Ceremonies and Journeys we embark on a pilgrimage into the intimate landscapes of your soul, where you will meet yourself anew and reclaim the fullness of who you truly are.

FIRE — Ignite Your Inner Flame
Activating Spirit & Energizing Your Life Force
We begin with FIRE, the element of divine activation and sacred spark. Through the Shamanic Journey of Saminchakuy—Ceremonial Energy-Healing for Transmuting Hucha (low frequency dense energy) into Sami (high frequency light energy)—we gently release what is trapped in your Luminous Energy Field and activate the flow of Sami coursing through your physical temple. Divine golden light flushes through every cell, every layer of your Being, restoring balance and harmony within your physical, emotional and psychological bodies.
This is where Spirit enters, where your radiance ignites. Feel your connection to Father Sun, the celestial fire that illuminates all consciousness.
In the East, Spirit is activated with the rising sun.
AIR — Liberation Through Severance
Releasing What No Longer Serves
The element of AIR carries the medicine of release and spacious freedom. We journey into your physical temple to perceive unwanted connections, cording or blockages that are ready to be severed. These may be relational entanglements, ancestral patterns or psychic attachments that have kept you bound.
Through Ceremonial Shamanic Cord-Cutting, you experience the spaciousness of true liberation. Feel the protective embrace of Grandfather Sky, the vast expanse that reminds you of your infinite nature.
In the South, Spirit clears the pathways as the sun radiates at its fullest.
WATER — Integrating the Soul

In the element of WATER, we journey into the profound ceremony of Soul Retrieval, traveling together into your Physical Temple or through the Astral Realms—the Upper, Middle and Lower Worlds—to call back your lost Soul parts.
These are the fragments of yourself that split away during moments of trauma, pain or overwhelming experience. As they return, you experience yourself again as integrated, whole, complete.
Receive the Blessing of Grandmother Moon and her silver light of purification, washing away all that has kept you from knowing your fullness.
In the West, Spirit inspires wholeness as the sun descends upon the horizon while reflecting upon the form of the Full Moon.
EARTH — Grounding the Physical Temple
Harmonizing the Elements & Anchoring Spirit
We complete the journey with EARTH, the foundation that holds all transformation. Through sacred ceremony, we align the Four Elements within your four Poqpo's (energy centers), creating harmony and balance within your energetic architecture. In the ritual of Saiwachakuy, you receive the natural life force of Pachamama—Mother Earth herself—restoring vitality to your physical temple and anchoring all that has descended.
Feel yourself rooted, grounded, held by the ancient wisdom of the land beneath your feet.
In the North, Spirit has descended fully, grounded in your Physical Temple. You embody your experience as the sun rests and this cycle is complete.

Frequency of sessions:
Our time together should be based on your natural energetic rhythm and practical needs fitting seamlessly into your current schedule. You may have time and focus to dedicate yourself to weekly sessions, you may prefer fortnightly to give yourself a little more integration time, or simply need to space your sessions to a monthly commitment.
Session Format:
Our sessions together will be held over Zoom, allowing you to receive this work from wherever you are called to be. Each session can be recorded for you as a memory aid—a gift to return to when you need to hear what your Guides revealed. If you are planning a journey to the Hi-Desert of Joshua Tree where I am based, we welcome the possibility of meeting in person for one of our sessions, should time and space allow.
